Philiberto LiPonti NPC Knowledge claims it won't be an easy task to find the Calpheonian noble most knowledgeable in the arts. Let's try and find such a person anyway.

And yet, I have no idea why all these other yokels here
are more famous and popular than me...
My only hope was to enter the soon-to-open Imperial furniture show,
but one needs to craft a piece that meets the refined taste of the nobles.
You, you could go and ask the nobles of Calpheon, yes?
Ask them and find out who's the most knowledgeable in the arts of them all, yes?
For, unfortunately, my outfit is somewhat lacking to approach those of their stature...
I'm sure they'd frown at the mere sight of my presence...
