Objective
A desert night can be quite cold, which can even cause hypothermia. According to Atui Balacs NPC Knowledge, nothing works like Star Anise Tea Knowledge Item in warming up your body. Using Simple Cooking from the processing tab (L key), make some Star Anise Tea from Star Anise Knowledge Item and Purified Water Knowledge Item.

You can easily brew up some Star Anise Tea Knowledge Item using Simple Cooking.
