Chapter 4: The Final Farewell

The reasons behind Yeonhwa's sudden appearance in Seoul with Dark Bonghwang NPC Knowledge, her prolonged unconsciousness, her attack on the Centipede Market, and the person she sought to eliminate all began to unravel.

"The deposed Crown Prince?! Are you saying he was at Yuunru that day?"
"Yes. As I was blinded I couldn't see him myself, but the aura I felt was his aura, I'm certain. And the one they call Master, Jang Daeseung NPC Knowledge. He was definitely there with him."
"I thought they were merely Jang Daeseung's puppets, but to think they were leading the charge to seize the throne!"

The Centipede Market, Jang Daeseung, and the deposed crown prince. If the person beside the Master was indeed the deposed crown prince, it would explain why he was treated with such reverence.

Don't be a picky eater like your father, who wouldn't touch his meal without a meat dish. Never neglect your studies, so you may command respect from your subjects. Be a dependable husband to the queen and a trusted confidant to your children."

She then left words for Mongryong and the traveler.

"Mongryong, thank you. I trust you will continue to serve His Highness faithfully."
"Traveler... I have nothing but apologies for you. Forgive me, I'm ready to make things right."

Yeonhwa then looked up at the sky. Did she see something there?

"And Sungmyeong, my little boy!"

With these final words, Yeonhwa took her last breath. From the ceiling of the nest, a purified Bonghwang appeared.
