I hate to say this, but we've lost faith in Heidel.
Why don't you talk to Captain Tito, the man they dispatched from Heidel?
He might be willing to lend an ear to someone
who is part of a well-respected organization, such as the Xian Merchant Guild.
My only wish is for them to leave us alone
and take an interest in bettering the livelihoods of the people.

and confusion to divide and pressure us into coughing up more silver.

and I would assume that most of them aren't right in the head.
