You cannot accept nor proceed with this quest in Elvia Realm.

※ If you're not in "Orzekea," you'll be guided to "Ancient Stone Chamber" first.
※ Use Talibre's Door in "Ancient Stone Chamber" to teleport to "Orze's Cradle."
