Objective
Crow Merchant Guild's Chief Manager Fughar NPC Knowledge says he can change your Tuvala helmet into a special helmet capable of enhancement. Go to Tranan Underfoe NPC Knowledge in Velia and show him the coupon Fughar gave you to exchange your helmet.

※ This quest allows you to exchange a Tuvala helmet for boss gear.
※ Completing this quest or using up a coupon will prevent you from exchanging additional gear.
※ Also, you cannot revert exchanged gear back to Tuvala gear.
※ Only gear converted for normal characters can be exchanged. Season-only gear is ineligible.
※ Note that you can only exchange gear of PRI (I) enhancement level or higher.
