[Paradise Lost] Leon on the Hill

Objective
Find Leon, who's conducting research on a hill next to the shrine, and ask him to decipher the letter.
Look for Leon on the hill near the shrine;

Those who first came to this shrine seeking Kzarka
did so with weary bones and exhausted souls.
And yet, in time,
they came to be as much a threat to Serendia as the evil god himself.
I fear for these "sisters" seeking the paradise of Dragons.
For although that which they
seek goes by another name,
it may very well lead them to suffer the same fate as the cultists...
We cannot stand idly by.

There is a scholar
who knows much more about Dragons than I.
Leon is his name, and luckily for us,
he can be found on a hill nearby conducting research of his own.
Find him
and learn more of this paradise of Dragons.
Should we fear it or embrace it?
You must make the right choice for us all.
