When you find Lavala NPC Knowledge in the Hall of Heroes as suggested by the Hall of Heroes: Darkened Dawn Breaker V letter, she says that if you bring her the ingredients mentioned in the letter, she will craft the Flawless Spirit's Mirror for you. Hand over Water Spirit Stone Fragment x5, Earth Spirit Stone Fragment x5, Tree Spirit Stone Fragment x5, and Wind Spirit Stone Fragment x5 to Lavala.
