Objective
Chenana NPC Knowledge from Rock Post says you will need to find some substitute ingredients to make the Imperial Mediah Meal Knowledge Item because some ingredients are only found in Mediah. Obtain some Iguana NPC Knowledge's belly meat and report to Chenana.

What do we need for cooking? Ingredients, of course!
A proper Imperial Mediah Meal Knowledge Item requires big, fat, greasy lizard belly meat,
but that specific meat is only found in Mediah, I'm afraid.
I don't think we can't afford to travel all the way to Mediah just for that.
Thankfully, there's some local lizards that'll make for a decent substitute.
Think you could hunt down some Iguanas for their succulent belly meat?
