I've watched this shrine for a long time.
Countless people came in,
and none of them succeeded in protecting their souls.
Instead, they perished in agony, or succumbed to the evil.
I believe the Cultists are like them.
It might not have been their will to submit to Kzarka.
Go to the Altar of Blood NPC Knowledge near the shrine,
and use the spellbook that they carry.

I'm certain that their goal is to resurrect Kzarka.
But if you are right,
it seems like their preparations are not yet complete.

There are stronger enemies inside the shrine.
So you won't be able to stop them for now.
When you feel that you have become truly strong,
then come back at that time.
The conquering of Serendia Shrine
is a great task for the peace of all of Serendia.
