Objective
Obtain a permit to enter the Northwestern Outpost from Herman Feresio NPC Knowledge and meet Benato Percy NPC Knowledge, the commander of the outpost

The bottom line is, we cannot start mining yet.
To be honest, the Blackstar isn't just a meteorite like Kalshur believes.
There's a high chance that it is a Black Crystal Knowledge Item that Calpheon has been searching for.
Trust me when I say I want to start mining right away...
We realized that it's not an ordinary Black Crystal.
It contains unknown power, unlike anything we've seen in this world.
That's why we cannot just start mining, or even make this public.
The bigger problem is that there are monsters guarding it.
We call them the Guardians of Despair.
I would like to make a secret deal with you.
Please help us clear out those monsters and extract power from the Blackstar.
Kalshur is just a greedy businessman who wants to make profit,
but that meteorite is more than that. It will bring power to Calpheon.
There is an outpost under the command of priest Lehard of the Elion Church.
So what do you say? Of course, this is a deal between us which has nothing to do with Kalshur.
Once you extract the unknown power, feel free to do whatever you want with the Blackstar.
Whether Kalshur gets his precious excavation depends entirely on you.
