Objective
Verita said you need to slay the leader of the herd in order to solve the root of the problem. But first she suggests reducing the number of beasts before going for the head. Wipe out the beasts and return to Verita.

The Mad Wolf is hard to spot because it is always in hiding. *coughs*
I've only seen it once, but it was fast and strong.
It called the beasts nearby, making it impossible for me to fight them all.
Perhaps we can fight him together. *coughs*
Now, please reduce their numbers over there.
I'll take care of the ones on the other side.
