The one who created the handbook was Jang Hyeongwang from the Centipede Market. Moreover, Jang Hyeongwang wanted more and more people to read the handbook. Worried that the nation's discipline would collapse, the traveler and Dolswe immediately ran to the town to retrieve the handbook.
