Chapter 6: The Bamboo Legion NPC Knowledge

The Baekjuk Stele that people were complaining around became filled with dark energy. And the crack in the Tideturner Flute was enough to awaken the Bamboo Legion. Luckily, a way to summon the Bamboo Legion Lieutenant was written on the Baekjuk Stele.

Dolswe NPC Knowledge, Ondal NPC Knowledge, and the traveler lit up the lantern NPC Item and performed the Baekjuk Stele rite, dispersing the umbral energy in Shimnidae Forest...

"As the wails of agony from within the nation persist, we shall raise ten thousand waves to purify this world and usher in a new era..."

It seemed that Bamboo Legion Lieutenant had no intentions of talking that day, and the traveler was growing tired from fighting off the Bamboo Legion....

"Are you not sworn to protect this land? Even though there are darkplaces, there are still many where the sun shines."

Dowan NPC Knowledge tried to persuade the Bamboo Legion. But their hearts had already been hardened by the cries of their nation.

"Only the sound of truth shall give us rest..."

Although they didn't give up easily, some part of those bamboo warriors may have wanted to believe them. The Bamboo Legion Lieutenant pointed to Ondal and gave them four days to prove themselves.
