You will earn the Shining Spear emblem by gaining at least 1,501 points.
If you've already earned enough points, open Menu - War - Arena of Solare to complete the quest.
※ To participate in the Arena of Solare, press the "Find Match" button via Menu - War - Arena of Solare. Once you've found a match, you will automatically enter the arena.
