Objective
Reyas, in charge of managing the permits needed for entry into Calpheon, tells you that all entry permits have been lost due to the Harpy attacks and that you must wait here until the arrival of the next supply convoy. The Black Spirit NPC Knowledge is agitated by this and tells you to directly engage the Harpies to try to get your hands on an entry permit instead of waiting. Kill the Harpies outside and search for an entry permit to Calpheon.
