Objective
Alustin NPC Knowledge says maybe it'd be quicker to try to lure in Fughar NPC Knowledge's mystery person instead of searching for them, and tells you to craft an EXP Elixir Knowledge Item.
1. Open the map () and select Velia
2. Select a random empty home and purchase as residence (requires Contribution Points)
3. Move to the purchased residence
4. Enter [Place Mode] and install a Supreme Alchemy Tool NPC Item
5. Use the EXP Elixir Ingredient Box (5 portions)
6. Interact () with the Alchemy Tool NPC Item
7. Place enough ingredients for one portion, then start Alchemy with "Batch Production"
8. EXP Elixir ingredients: Clown's Blood Knowledge Item x1, Dry Mane Grass NPC Knowledge Item x7,
Powder of Flame x2, 
Pine Sap x5
