Objective
※ You must complete this quest to obtain a Professional Goblin Sailor as a reward.

Dichzy Borne NPC Knowledge from Lema Island says a sailor must be highly knowledgeable about the sea. He is willing to pass on his knowledge to your sailor if you bring Golden Pearl Knowledge Item, Hekaru NPC Knowledge Spike, and Ocean Stalker NPC Knowledge's Skin.

※ This quest is available once a day and resets every midnight.

※ You can promote only one sailor per day.

My father taught me everything about sailing when I came here.
I'm pretty confident I'm good enough to teach your sailor.
Your friend is my friend, after all.
That doesn't meant that I can just teach such a rookie.
Go out to the open sea and have a swell time.
Collect corals, destroy pirate ships, hunt gigantic monsters!
The sea will make you stronger and tougher.
So, what's keeping you? All aboard!
