[Sailing Course] Sailor Basics

Objective
Listen to Philaberto Falasi NPC Knowledge's explanation about sailors.

※ Sailor Contract Certificates can be purchased via Philaberto Falasi in Port Epheria, Islin Bartali NPC Knowledge at the Lunar Halo Inn, and Proix at the Dancing Marlin Knowledge Item Tavern.
※ Sailors visit the same place each day, but sometimes there may be no sailors waiting.
※ Sailor condition can be managed through the Wharf Manager at the wharf. If a sailor's condition drops and they become unable to board, process Mandragora Essence (available at Ravinia NPC Knowledge's shop) to craft an Elixir of Regeneration Knowledge Item and treat them to recover condition.
※ Elixir of Regeneration can also be obtained through quest rewards or Processing.
