Dialogue
Oquilla's Eye is not a safe island.
Sea monsters roam freely near this island
and if you're unlucky, they pursue you all the way to shore.
The Old Moon Guild tries not to take responsibility for the safety of adventurers,
but how can we turn a blind eye to an adventurer in danger?
However, we have been wasting too much time rescuing adventurers,
so Captain Sherah Riki NPC Knowledge has laid down the law.
Any adventurer who wish to stay here must prove that they can protect themselves.
If you don't have what it takes or if you can
no longer take care of yourself, you should go back to the mainland.
There's a group of hekarus not far from this island.
Defeat a hekaru NPC Knowledge and we'll let you stay.
You will also be rewarded too, of course, since you're helping our guild.

That time is gold, and we can't be wasting so much time rescuing helpless adventurers.
Having skilled adventurers like you sets us at ease.
