Yes, that is true. The Shakatu NPC Knowledge Merchants, whom enjoys collecting rare and valuable items,
have set their eyes on the Sacrament. Neruda Shen NPC Knowledge knows this.
You will need to offer something even better to trade for the Sacrament
but that is no easy task. That is the real reason we gave up the investigation.
I did hear that the leader, Shakatu, have become obsessed with the fights at the Altinova Arena NPC Knowledge.
He has a special seat there, and very rarely vacates it.
There are even rumors that he wants to buy the Arena
and patron the fighters there.
If so, we may have time to act while Shakatu is distracted at the Arena.
