[Event] Island Attack of the Pirates

Objective
Dius from Port Epheria said that the number of people placing deliveries has drastically decreased. He explained that this was due to the pirates venturing out to the Kuit Islands and asked you to drive them away. Defeat the pirates on the Kuit Islands and then return to Dius.
