Are you heading to Glish?
I'm from Glish, but it's not the best place.
There was one time the entire village was almost wiped from the map.
Always watch your back if you go. It's not a safe place.
Only one person is actively trying to protect the place, and that's Commander Ceasar NPC Knowledge.
Glish would be nothing but chaos if it weren't for him.
Follow the road South of Heidel.
Once you're past the Central Guard Camp, you'll see the village on a hill.
Er... A portion of Glish was destroyed and only its ruins remain.
That place is crawling with Mudsters, so try to steer clear.

Glish used to be a nice place.
But it all changed after that incident.
