Objective
Martina Finto NPC Knowledge says if you hand over the byproducts obtained from breeding crops to Camellia Loggia NPC Knowledge of Loggia Farm, she'll exchange them into some Stonetail Fodder Knowledge Item, which horses enjoy. Do so, then return to Martina Finto.
