It's for Durgeff NPC Knowledge, leader of Drieghan, our ally.
...A declaration of war? No, this isn't deserving of such a response.
And we could clearly deal with Calpheon without the help of Drieghan ourselves.
It's only that I wish to respond to their shenanigans with some of my own.

This doesn't involve the Kalis, who represent Calpheon,
and seems to be merely the actions of a greedy merchant guild.
Raising this as an issue would only worsen the relations between our two countries
and serve to waste our national resources. And yet, such a foolish ploy.
Did the leader of that guild tell you of his plans
on the off-chance that their plans would be revealed to us
and deteriorate the relations between our two countries?
I'll deem it a simple, human mistake.
