Valentine says you must know how to gather Herb to understand Florin. Gather Wild Herb NPC Knowledge or Fire Flake Flowers growing near the town and bring 1 Fire Flake Flower NPC Knowledge Item.
1. Find Wild Herb near the town
2. Or find Fire Flake Flower at a hill near the town
3. Gather using Barehanded Gathering ()
4. Return to Valentine

※ You must gather Fire Flake Flower by yourself to complete this quest.
※ Barehanded Gathering has a 100% success rate if you use a Hoe as a tool.
