[Daily] Flawed Turasil's Power

Objective
Black Eyeroot NPC Knowledge is doing research to find a way to use Fallen Ones that consumed the power of Turasil to fight Hadum. However, she says those consumed flawed power are just a nuisance for her research. Exterminate them all.
