Objective
Despite disagreeing with the Captain's suggestion, the Black Spirit NPC Knowledge told you to capture a stray Fogan and hand it over to Maul since the Shais are interested in the Fogan language anyway. Bring a Fogan to Maul to bargain.

※ Interacting with Fogans nearby will provoke them. You can capture Fogans by luring them into a Wooden Fence Prison.
