[Elvia Daily] Shining Rhutum Flag

Objective
Elinke Visamin NPC Knowledge says the green flag is strangely shining, and may have to do with some magic being cast by the Rhutums. Deal with the Rhutum Fighters and stop them from casting any more magic.

※ This is a daily quest that resets at midnight (server time) every day.
※ This quest requires you to defeat swarms of Rhutum Fighters who appear upon defeating <Glorious> Rhutums.
