Chief Durgeff NPC Knowledge said to use Kiernak Falls spring water to break Deian's spells. Let's fetch some spring water from the cave at Kiernak Falls with the bottle Durgeff gave you.

Please take this bottle to the cave below the Kiernak Falls.
There will be an altar there, and a small spring.
That place is one of our most sacred sites.
The water from the spring at Kiernak Falls has a purifying power.
It should be able to break Deian's spells, or at least weaken it.
Only those who have passed the test can use the Kiernak Falls Spring Water.
We will have our soldiers on standby, waiting for you to purify all the altars.
If Garmoth NPC Knowledge finds out that you have infiltrated its nest, it may attack.
I'll give you something to signal us with once you are done with the purification.
We will be waiting for your signal.
