Originally, I used to be a Vedir, not one of the Ahib.
I can't say it for certain, but if I didn't convert,
I would've become a Dark Knight and swear to protect the Kamasylve.
However, when Audra, who proposed for the creation of another Sacred Tree,
was assassinated by Queen Amelia, I couldn't help but change my stance.
What terrible sin did that young Vedir commit to deserve such a death?
For daring to ruffle the feathers of the great Queen of Kamasylvia?
Of course, the mad queen didn't stop there... Soon, she mobilized
all armed forces of Kamasylvia to exterminate Vedir. To her, we were nothing but pawns.
It was when the Spirits of Kamasylvia backed off from the woods in fear of the Queen,
that her Elite Guards, the Einels started the ruthless slaughter.
Do you know why there are so few of the Dark Knights today?
It's because a great deal of the Vedir became Ahib for the same reason I had then.
Even though we were not Ahib followers originally,
we voluntarily armed ourselves and claimed to be Ahib.
Whew. I truly must've worn your ear out talking to you for so long!
Good riddance to that vile, mad queen!
