Hideous Fogans

Objective
People living near the Southern Swamp are suffering from Swamp Fogan NPC Knowledge odor. Go to the Southern Swamp south of the Eastern Gateway and kill Swamp Fogans.

I think you can deal with the troublemakers in the south.
The swamp southwest of the Eastern Gateway is infested with Fogans.
Because they hunt animals and fish and hang them all over the trees,
the place quite frankly stinks. It also looks hideous.
It'd be nice if you'd go there and deal with them.
Get rid of those hideous trees too, while you're at it.

Head to the Eastern Gateway in southern Heidel.
