Salutations. I am Badane, the Manor Groundskeeper.
You must be the new owner to this manor.
The master to the manor I previously oversaw passed away,
and his son had decided to demolish the entire residence, leaving me without a home...
Ahem. So I am absolutely delighted to be able to tend to such a wonderful manor.
