The Black Spirit NPC Knowledge is talking about a special kind of Turban Shell NPC Knowledge Item. A Turban Shell with a forest scent, that is. The rumor is presumably coming from Port Ratt, and now more and more merchants are willing to pay top money to get those Turban Shells. The Black Spirit asks, "Are you... in?"
