Objective
It seems like the Orcs are broadening their influence while no troops are stationed at the Neutral Zone. Go west to the Neutral Zone and get rid of Orcs.

The western border with Calpheon is called the Neutral Zone.
Since it's a Neutral Zone, both states have not deployed their troops.
In the meantime, Red Orcs took over that area.
It's a pretty troubled place now!
Still, Serendia can't officially deploy troops...
So we need help from mercenaries like you.

Go to the Western Cliff
and find a way to the Neutral Zone.
Villager Completion
I see. It's not enough to wipe them out...
