Objective
The Black Spirit NPC Knowledge says the vast Navarn Steppe is ruled by a king who can be summoned by killing the monsters of Navarn Steppe. Defeating monsters in the Navarn Steppe would summon the king of the monsters. Fight the monsters of Navarn Steppe.

It leads the beasts of the steppes with its great power,
and I heard that it is the king among them.
I think it will be quite a formidable foe.
But, you won't give up on this challenge, right?

Then let's head to Navarn Steppe.
The king will eventually come out if we start fighting.
