Objective
Ulan at the Dragon Museum in Eilton says that, not only are there many D.A.S. members residing in Eilton, but there also are many living all around the Mountain of Eternal Winter. Find Reinhardt NPC Knowledge, a fellow D.A.S. member, and hand over 50 Oxiterr Crystals as Ulan asks you.

※ Complete the quests listed in Quest List window > Recurring Quest > [Lv. 60] Mountain of Eternal Winter Contribution to get Oxiterr Crystals.
