A Life-or-Death Escape
Item
Objective
Regained Freedom
Each day, I endured tortures more excruciating than the very fires of hell, writhing in unending agony. I often found myself wishing that this undying life had never been bestowed upon me, that the divine power granted by my god had never touched my soul. Such blasphemous thoughts plagued me countless times each day.
And then, as the red-hot iron seared my flesh for what felt like the thousandth time, a sudden turn of fate occurred. A masked band of warriors emerged from the shadows, swiftly subduing the wicked guards and overseers.
"O, my loyal followers, the Cadries. My lord Hadum has not forsaken me."
As I escaped that vile hell, my followers led me to a secret sanctuary, meticulously prepared for my arrival.
