Incas asked you to deliver a message to the Western Guard Camp requesting support against the rising Steel Imp NPC Knowledge threat.

It seems my struggles just never end.
It's the Steel Imps- they've become an even bigger pest than before!
Every day they seem to be spreading their influence closer and
closer. That won't be good for business, I can tell you!
Why, if things worsen, I might even be forced to leave this place.
I've prepared a letter asking for support from the nearby camp.
Would you give it to someone important-looking for me?
