A Struggle with the Seagull

Objective
Chuck Laurie NPC Knowledge was frustrated due to the seagulls trying to steal food from the food supply. He attempted to shoot the seagulls, but failed since his rifle was not good enough.
He said that Tranan Underfoe NPC Knowledge developed a rifle specialized for shooting seagulls and asked you to bring the rifle to him. Go to Tranan Underfoe and get the rifle that Chuck Laurie mentioned.

I didn't expect to find seagulls here, far from the ocean.
They have been eyeing
my food for some time...
Though I attempted to shoot them with my rifle,
I couldn't reach them because they're flying too high.
I made a request to Tranan Underfoe NPC Knowledge to develop a special kind of rifle
in case something like this might happen.
However, I can't go at the moment,
since I'm in the middle of tracking a new game.
You've hunted before, right? I'm sure you understand what I mean.
Could you perhaps go and get the rifle I ordered?
