Objective
The Cat the guy was raising got frightened and ran away. Get Relatively Fresh Fish from the Otters in the fishing area, set fish near the cat, and catch the cat when it appears to eat fish. Bring the Cat to the guy at the Southern Wheat Plantation.

When I first got kittens I had no idea,
but thankfully, they all grew up well.
Yet recently the cave collapsed
and all my little babies were scattered.
By now they must be awfully hungry.
Please bring them to me.
If you get fish from the near fishing area and put them out nearby,
the cats will come running!
