Heidelian blacksmith Techthon NPC Knowledge claims he's recently discovered the means to craft the Crystal Extraction Tool Knowledge Item, and says that if you bring him some Magical Shards and Pure Iron Crystals, he'll craft a Crystal Extraction Tool for you. Bring Magical Shards and Pure Iron Crystals to Techthon.
