Vanacil NPC Knowledge, stable keeper of northern Heidel, is heartbroken that his most beloved horse was injured. He's trying to cook up a special meal for his injured steed and seeks your aid. Bring him food horses love, and he will turn the ingredients into a special, healthy meal. Bring Carrot Confit Knowledge Item and Special Carrot Juice Knowledge Item to Vanacil.
