Objective
Balker Batian NPC Knowledge's idol is Captain Brego Williar NPC Knowledge of the Delphe Knights Castle. He did not conceal his joy about exchanging letters with the Captain. Then he says there's a book recommended by the Captain, but he can't borrow it since he can't leave while training. He asks you to get him the book.
