Phelix NPC Knowledge says the Lord of Keplan still sends a person to look after the house where Oze used to live. Go to the Oze's House and see what you can do to help.

'Course the Lord's all torn up over his daughter's disappearance. He refuses
to rest until she's found. Fact is, he still sends people to care for her old house.
Junk Golems make it a bit risky, but I imagine it couldn't be too bad. If you
you want to offer a hand, the Lord might appreciate it, but can't say for sure.
