Objective
Elro, Oquilla's Eye Guild Wharf Manager, seems to be worried that the sea routes have become unstable in Margoria due to incidents caused by rampaging sea monsters. Defeat Margoria's most notorious sea monsters—Nineshark NPC Knowledge, Candidum NPC Knowledge, and Black Rust NPC Knowledge—then return to Elro.
