1. Synthesize 3 Defense Elixir
2. Give them to Xaviero Vitello

※ Defense Elixir ingredients: 1 Clear Liquid Reagent Knowledge Item + 6 Ash Sap + 5 Pig Blood + 3 Purified Water Knowledge Item
