Objective
Kayal Nesser NPC Knowledge said they will need to smuggle gold in order to acquire the funds to run the group. To do this, they will need to break out someone from the Pila Ku jail, so he wants you to deliver a secret letter to his helper within the Pila Ku jail.

Come to think of it... I heard about an interesting fellow that has
been imprisoned in Pila Ku recently. He amassed great wealth, but then lost it all
or something? And smuggled gold is very valuable these days too.
We need to start smuggling gold through him. Heh heh!
Here, give this letter to my trusted helper in Pila Ku.
