Objective
According to Shakatu NPC Knowledge, only adventurers who have proven their contribution to the Shakatu Merchant Guild can acquire permits to raise additional miniature elephants. Shakatu asked you to wipe out the bandits this time. Give Calpheon Trade Seal x20 and Gold Bar 100G x2 to Shakatu to receive a permit to a rear miniature elephant NPC Knowledge.
