[Miniature Elephant] Permit from the Merchant Guild

Objective
According to Shakatu NPC Knowledge, only adventurers who have proven their contribution to the Shakatu Merchants can acquire permission to raise additional miniature elephants. Shakatu asked you to wipe out the Gahaz Bandits to prove yourself. Give Gahaz Seal x1200 and Gold Bar 100G x2 to Shakatu, to receive permission to rear additional miniature elephants.
